IgonIT is the new IGONTEK module for Dolibarr, designed for companies that need to document, operate and maintain IT infrastructure in an organized way: devices, racks, cabling, topology, QR codes and incidents in one environment.
In many organizations, technical information is scattered across spreadsheets, photos, internal notes and technician knowledge. This makes it difficult to know which device is installed, where it is located, which port it is connected to, which rack it occupies or which incidents it has had. IgonIT was created to solve that problem from within Dolibarr.
IT inventory linked to your customers
The module lets you register devices by third party, location, rack, equipment type, brand, model, serial number, management IP, ports and technical notes. Each device keeps an internal reference and a public reference designed for physical labeling.
Racks, cabling and topology
IgonIT includes a rack view with rack units, a connection map between ports and a visual topology to quickly understand how a customer network is connected. Links are normalized by device hierarchy so switches, routers, firewalls, APs, patch panels and rosettes are displayed consistently.
QR codes for field work
One of the most practical features is QR code generation for devices. Technicians can print labels, place them on equipment and scan them with a tablet to open the device card or create an incident.
Technical and administrative incidents
IgonIT includes its own incident system integrated with Dolibarr, with assignment to users or groups, statuses, severities and configurable email or Telegram notifications. Incidents can be linked to devices or managed as administrative cases without a device.
Import, export and reports
The module supports CSV workflows to insert or update technical data and generate customer infrastructure reports, including inventory, racks, installed cabling and connections.
