When you hang up, HubSpot creates the activity with the direction, numbers, duration and call outcome.

Recording

When recorded, the recording is stored by the IGONTEK PBX and can be listened to from the HubSpot call for 30 days.

How to get started

Install the app

Sign in to HubSpot, choose the account, review the permissions and click Connect app.

Sign in

From a contact record click Call, choose Igontek Phone and sign in with your extension and password or with the link you receive.

Make a call

Allow the microphone and notifications if needed, then use the phone from HubSpot.

Requirements

To use Igontek Phone you need the following:

IGONTEK customer

Be an IGONTEK customer with a cloud PBX extension.

HubSpot account

An account with permission to install apps, such as a super admin or App Marketplace permission.

Browser and audio

A current browser, microphone and speakers or headphones.

The app requests basic authentication and permission to view contact properties and details. It does not create, modify or delete contacts.
